This course introduces trauma management and care for diverse patient populations. Students examine the pathophysiology and treatment of injuries related to blunt and penetrating trauma, burns, and environmental exposure. Special attention is given to pediatric, geriatric, obstetric, and mental health patients, with a focus on adapting care to meet individual needs in high-pressure situations.
