Building on the foundational skills developed in Trade Calculations 1, this course advances students` mathematical proficiency with a focus on more complex applications in the skilled trades. Emphasis is placed on interpreting and analyzing technical drawings, applying formulas to real-world trade scenarios, and using mathematical reasoning to support decision-making in fields such as construction, electrical, plumbing, welding and manufacturing. Students will gain confidence in tackling trade-specific challenges through hands-on practice and contextual learning.
